2. Cancellation of Shipped Orders

If your order has already been shipped, it can no longer be canceled. However, you may initiate a return after the order has been delivered. To do so, please follow the return instructions included with your package or contact our customer support team for assistance.

3. Refund Process

Processing Time: Once we receive your cancellation request and it is approved, your refund will be processed within 1–5 business days.

Return of Funds: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method used at checkout.
